Hey guys, sorry to be one of the many to ask a question about a nonfunctioning microphone but I've been searching forums for about an hour with no luck with an answer. I'm running Vista 64 bit, using Realtek HD audio manager with the latest sound driver. I've checked all the properties within the control panel audio device manager to see if everything is working. The manager says the device is indeed working (green bar too), it's just that the computer is not picking up any sound (no fluctuation in the green bar). My speakers work, the device is not set to mute, it is enabled, etc. Here's the kicker; I had the same problem when I first got these headphones... but I thought I fixed it by simply raising the microphone boost. But it's still up. I haven't used the microphone in a few days, and now it won't work. I also haven't dropped it or anything. As the icing on the cake, I did a system restore to a week ago in case of something screwy with the driver or something. Still no good. Any ideas? I'm completely at a loss, and as a broke college student really don't want to go out and buy another mic. : (

You might try to mute the mic then unmute it
control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick or select audio from the microphone drop down list make sure you have the right one selected and in the volume box make sure the microphone box has a tick in it or select the voice tab and make sure that you have the right media selected also select volume make sure the box for microphone has a tick in it
hope this helps

Microphone

Sorry but only the latest models have a built-in microphone. I've even searched the tech manual for you without success. You;ll have to buy an external mike and plug it into the microphone jack.

What's your problem?I ASK FOR THE HANDLE OF THE DOOR OF THE AEG WASHING MASHINE LAVAMAT 400F

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Sorry, this FixYa Washer Forum does not supply service centre numbers, engineers, spares or spares sources, software, installation instructions or prices; it is just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home, from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)
You will either have to search in your local telephone directories OR stay on line and search for '(make) washer service' for instance or '(make) washer spares' and hope that you can find someone reasonably local.
Sorry again ;-0(

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Broken metal hinge right side of lid

Hi boardwells from retired Englishman in SW France,

Sorry but it is unclear whether you are asking where to purchase a spare or if you are asking for someone to come and fix it ;-0) Also you do not say the make and model which would make both extremely difficult ;-0(

Spares Suppliers
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number.
Good luck,

You also do not state what make and model which would make it very difficult for the forum if we could supply!
