How do I change my home page to Google - Google Chrome

Change your home page for Internet Explorer:-

To add or change home pages

1. On the Start screen, tap or click Internet Explorer to open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to a page that you'd like to set as a home page.
3. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings.
   (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)
4. Tap or click Options, and under Home pages, tap or click Customize.
5. Tap or click Add current site, edit the URL if you'd like, and then tap or click Add to make the site one of your home pages.

Set or change your home page in Firefox

1. Open a tab with the web page you want to use as your home page.
2. Drag and drop that tab onto the Home button .
3. Click Yes to set this page as your home page.

For Google Chrome :-

1. In the top-right corner of your window, click the Chrome menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Under "Appearance," check the box Show Home button.
4. Below "Show Home button," click the link Change to choose your homepage.

Go to your internet browsers options. One of the first fields you come across is the "home page" field. Here you can type whatever website address you want to use as your home page. Don't forget to save/apply changes!

Sometimes when installing certain programs it will try and change your home page as well as try to install certain toolbars.

if your browser is firefox go to> firefox click it you can see it in upper left corner when you open firefox then you can see a dropdown menu then goto> option then type in the homepage www.google.com

Setting your homepage depends on your browser. If the Google chrome browser is your browser of choice, Google is automatically the home page. If its Safari (the default browser for apple products) then click on the word "safari" in the header, then "preferences" then change the homepage url to google.com

In order to make Google as the home page, goto www.google.com and when the page loads, just below the search field you will see small link saying - Make google as the home page. Click on it and it will set google as your home page.

Go to google.com and then drag the google icon in the address bar to the home page icon(the picture of a house. Or usually on the google home page it asks if you want to make google your home page, click on it and it will change your home page to google.
