If the first three numbers are 106. on the model number it sounds like the start device on the compressor is bad, part number 8201799 and it's around 55 bucks, unplug the machine, remove the bottom back panel, you'll see the compressor, there will be a metal clip, pop it off with a screw driver and then slide the start device off the compressor,if it smells burnt or if you shake it and hear pieces rattling around it's cooked, also there's a timer in the fridge side, when you first open the freezer door the fan should blow,if it doesn't the timer could be stuck in defrost, with a screw driver you can turn the timer until it clicks and it will come out of defrost,if it starts then you have a bad timer that's stuck in defrost, but i'd put my money on the start device if the clicking is coming from the compressor area and it's not starting, let me know how you make out and as long as it's warm unplug it so you don't damage the pins on the compressor
