In MAC Address binding, you should put the actual MAC Address of the iPod not the IP Address, they are different. Normally the MAC Address of the device can be seen on the sticker at the back of the device. Another way to identify the MAC address is go to Menu/Settings of the device and look for Device/System Information. MAC Adress usually have 12 hexadecimal characters (6 pairs). Now locate the MAC address of your device and enter that in the MAC Address Binding settings. That should work.
