I have a Power Wheels Escalade that stopped working in reverse & low speed but still works in High speed? What can I do to fix this problem. Thank you.

If the vehicle will not go in reverse, but works in both low and high forward speeds you most likely have a bad shifter switch.

Replacing the shifter should get your Power Wheels running correctly.

check to see if both wheels are spinning in forward, if not you have a bad motor

There're is a screw in the shifter, take that screw out and there will be reverse and slow forward and shifter will now go up high to high forward

sounds like a bad/disconnected motor

THUMPING NOISE COULD BE BLISTER OR BUMP ON THE TIRE,IMPROPER SHOCK ABSORBER OR STRUT DAMPER ACTION.

I have NO CLUE but it bet its a simple piece of Chinese plastic. Look down at the shifter, USE screw driver to remove shifter, remove Chinese plastic blocking the shifter from being pushed into HIGH by young child. Reattach shifter, push shifter forward to HIGH.

check for loose wires & or connections

Sounds like the gears are stripped. If a bunch of teeth are missing, only the high speed gear will spin the gears fast enough to move the gator forward. I just bought a used one and found it pretty easy to tear apart and diagnose as similar issue. The gear boxes, located inboard of each wheel contain plastic gears and strip relatively easy if the shifter is moved , during motion from forward to reverse.
