I had no problems with my de luxe at first but after a few months i have been having trouble with frothing the milk. as soon as i turn the steam on the milk froths far too much straight away before reaching temperature... hope someone can help... thanks
Does this happen after you make several froths or the first time you start the machine? Try removing the panarello and froth milk that way then see if this is happening too without the panarello. I found that panarellos are great as a "quick learning to froth?- but they do have the tendency to froth milk too much without heating it up ( to the temperature that you like).

My Nespresso Aeroccino often would not heat or froth multiple times after one use. I called Nespresso, they have excellent customer service, and was told to rise the inside (careful not to get the outside button or electric elements wet) of the Aeroccino with cold water a few times and to retry. Works like a charm! The customer service is the best I have encountered in a long while, give them a call, it will make your day they are so pleasant and helpful!
THere is a little black tube inside - make sure its pushed out enough - about 1/16 an inch from the bottom. And you may have to clean it out. Happens to us too and after I do the above it works
If you wait too long after making the coffee, you will not have enough water left to make steam. Try to steam the milk immediatels after the coffee loses pressure.
Milk island on a vienna class?
Perhaps its a Saeco Talea you have, correct?
First remember that after foaming your milk and have turned the knob back to´off location. wait until you hear a clicking sound from the machine, might take 2 -5 seconds after it set to off.
Then remove the milk container
That sound means it has close 100% and shouldent leak.
If it still leaks after that its the gaskets in the T-pipe that needs to be changed.
I tried cleaning the thing throughout, and drying it on paper towels, but still no froth. Luckily, I bought the machine from a reputable dealer with superb integrity. He fixed the problem for me by returning the milk island and getting me a new one. It works perfectly now.
