My apex tv has red key on the bottom left hand corner.
and i couldn't remove the lock. could you please help me
to unlock it? the number on my remote control is k12b-c2.

You have to hold the button that looks like a flag (top left) and press either the mute or video button. I don't remember which one

same problem. i was adjusting the volume&putting the batteries in at the same time (the back has been long gone!) and the little red key came up. unplugging& removing batteries hasnt worked. [email protected] thank u
Hi, I pressed a few buttons accidentally and my tv just locked and the red key came on it and the screen is black. I tried unpluging it for hours and still didn't unlock. And there's no button saying : ' UNLOCK' If u know the answer or how to fix this pleas ehelp
