My daughter received a Delta Luv Crib from a friend at work. It is in good condition except for a few parts which we need and need to know if your company even carry this type anymore. It is a crib/youth bed. Info is: Model # napoleon #97-4950 - MFG #97033 or 97038. I guess her friend purchased this item quite a while ago - 05/23/1997. The parts needed are as follows: 4 X M Steel pegs - 2 X Left Stabilizer Support Adjsutable Height 2 X Right - 4 X Safety Peg ( Plastic) - 4 X Wheels - $ X Rail Guide. We just would hate to throw this crib away because it is in good shape. Please help me in getting these items. My daughter is on her own and really can't afford too much. Thanks for your help

I went to the website www.deltaenterprise.com. You will have to have the country of origin, model number and the date of manufacturer or you can not get the parts. The phone number is 800-816-5304. I do not have fast you will get the parts. I called and did not have the country of origin so I will have to wait.

What is wrong with the stabilizer bars that came with the crib? If they broke or fell apart, you should report that to the CPSC as it could be a safety issue.

Contact the manufacturer for a replacement kit. Usually you can tell them it wasn't included in the box and they will send one out to you.
