look online for the default address book password, often IT guys and techs dont ever change these, as there is little point.
common ones, 1234 12345 0000 admin , a quick search online for "default password for ????" should provide this info.

it is very expensive to find out owners of phones. it will cost you about £200. plus it is not allowed for us to post addresses on this site so please do not ask tech's to do this.
This can only be resolved by having a service book sent to you. you will need to contact your service provider's Adavanced Tech dept. Let them know you've lost your address book icon and need the service book sent to your phone. they will be able to access the blackberry site and have the service book sent to your device.
