I assume this is not a factory installed alarm. If this is an After market alarm by passing the alarm is easy. Locate the main power wire for the alarm unit and remove the in-line fuse that is normally located on that wire or cut that wire. That will disable the alarm and the starter kill. If this is the alarm Dodge provided as an after market, in other words the alarm was purchased from the dealer, the control box is located under the dash and will be identified by the LED lights on the the outside of the black box. If this alarm was used you will need to remove the box from the system and match the wires at the splices. In the 1990 - 1992 I know this unit was spliced in. I am told that in the later models it actually used the wiring connectors that came in the vehicle. This actually makes it simpler to remove in that you can disconnect the cable connectors on each end from the box then reconnect the two connectors together.
