I am also having the same problem. When I start the PC no beeb is coming. Only CPU Fan is rotating. Even BIOS is not loading. I am not seeing any POST. I can't enter into SETUP also. Even I removed the RAM then I tested same result.

Try to clear (cmos) here is the way:
get to the jumper located near the cmos battery, short it for 3 seconds then return it to its normal position. start the system and load setup defaults.

Asus motherboard( A7N266-VM)

FOr reset motherbord settings to defaults you can reset with 2 methods.
(1)Pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes so all settings defaults.
(2) Find jumper on motherbord named "Clear cmos" It has 1-2-3 pins.Put jumper in 2-3 position and thne power up then again put pin in 1-2 position thne all settings defaults.
Refix RAM memory.Clean dust from all parts.
Open processor and processor fan.
Remove pci cards from motherbord then check.
Make sure motherbord not ground with cabinet.

ASUS Motherboard A7N266-VM

If you have another video card you can try (you can put an AGP card in there, it will disable the onboard video automatically), take that route first. If you can't, or it occurs with another card, it may be your power supply. It would help to know if your pc beeps when you turn it on, and how many - if any - beeps there are.
