The washtub suspension allows it to move but when overloaded it will move rather more than it is designed for and could open a gap between the washtub and the door large enough to allow items to slip through.
The suspension is carefully designed to absorb the out of balance forces, with which the washer would be noisy and tend to "walk" around the kitchen. These days consumers demand smoother and quieter performance from their washers and so it is increasingly important not to overload them.
A friend called out the service engineer to his new washer that he had been operating just like his old one. The engineer began by plugging in a laptop and looking accusingly at him said he had overloaded his new machine nine times in the few weeks since it was delivered. Guessing is no longer an acceptable method of loading the washing machine...

if your washer is digital or with elecronic control board check the the motor control board located at the bottom difiniely you have to call a tech to confirm that. other model like wd5595 and wd 8095 has the same problem and it is the motor control unit that always fails.

SOURCE: Frigidaire front load washer (LTF600ES1) Error E20
this is an error that indicates the tub is clogged or draining slowly
to fix this you have to go under the washer and pull the tub hose off and clean all obstructing stuff in the hose and thru the hole on the tub
SOURCE: WASHER WONT DRAIN
Take off the lower panel ( 2 screws on bottom) pullout and down to remove. Make sure unit is unplugged pump is on the right hand side one hose coming from bottom of tub and the other goes out the back to the drain. Take off the hose from the bottom of the tub and be ready to catch alll the water in the tub suggest you use shop vac and remove all water first. look in the impellar in pump should be a clog right there then put everything back the way you toook it off and be careful to get the hose back on the way you took it off there is a slot in the hose and a tab on the pump for alignment.
