Most likely you have reached the maximum number of messages that can be stored. Try deleting some of your old messages.

these drives need unlocking software .
you may not get it easily or get it done from some one easily because 99% when you unlock a drive the data is either lost or data remains in encrypted form.

Have you ever tried not to enter pswd at all?

I would suggest copy the file ot yoru desktop and open it from your desktop.
