Try clearing everything away from the bottom venting in the freezer and check for ice build up in the vents. Defrost it like you would in the "good old days" and to ensure it doesn't happen again, keep a 1" to 2" clearance in front of the vents in the freezer. If need be, set a cookie cooling rack on it's side to act as a barrier for the vents to ensure proper air flow.

You will be able to hear it when you open the freezer door and hold the door switch in.It is located behind the rear panel inside the freezer. The fan should be running when the compressor is running. If it is running make sure the damper(vent) to the fridge side is not blocked by ice and that the damper door is open.

Model No M0330-ALU 5yrs old. think it has 2 seperate thermostats, surely they wont both have gone at the same time???????

There might be problems with the freon all you need to do is to refill the freon into your fridge.
