If its just those 2 numbers try cleaning the contacts or replace the full keypad
Problem is the buttons have two tiny nipples on the back that push a spring down to connect and make selection. Over time these nipples wear down and eventually are unable to push the spring down sufficiently. If you get a spare keypad, you can trade some of the buttons out that arent quite so worn. If you need, you can contact me for further info at [email protected]. Hope this helps.
Hello Sid,
If you test the switches with a meter to see if they open and close correctly. If they test out open circuit, you could swop them with say a switch from another number or if it has popular or reset use those whilst you sort a source for replacments.
Usual sources may include:-
www.victoryglass.com
www.jukeboxparts.com
www.jukeboxparts.co.uk
www.happ.com
