To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox 3.x (PC):

  1. Click Tools > Options.
  2. Click Privacy in the top panel.
  3. Set 'Firefox will': to Use custom settings for history.
  4. Check the box next to Accept cookies from sites to enable cookies, or uncheck it to disable them.
  5. Click OK.
To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox 2.x (PC):
  1. Click Tools > Options.

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox (Mac):

I cannot get out of my FB login. My daughter and I share the same PC. She wants to log in but we cant escape from my page. Tried login out and re-starting the PC but that did not work.

Try clearing your cookies and login information from your computer.
  1. Download CCleaner from http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner, install and run it.
  2. Go to the "Cleaner" tab and deselect all boxes exept for "Cookies".
  3. Click on the "Run Cleaner" button.
  4. Try login in to Facebook with the account you wish.

Facebook Login Won't Work

Hello and Welcome to Fixya,
Try to clear the cookies and internet temporary files. Here are the step by step instructions Open Internet Explorer. Click "Tools". Click "Internet options". Click "Delete cookies" and press Ok. Click "Delete Files" and press Ok.
Restart the browser and check, if problem persists I would recommend you to try other browsers like Mozilla Firefox or Google chrome.

Cannot login to Facebook because cookies are not enabled

This is a browser problem. Try any other browser like the best is Google Chrome or Opera. They are obtained free in internet.

Facebook Login Problem

Try enabling cookies on your browser, after you do this, close the browser, then re open it and try to login.

If this doesn't help and you are sure that you enabled cookies, make sure that your firewall and other protection programs allow Facebook cookies.
