Oh no, you have bought a "Runyes" Chinese unit. "Run - Yes" is the best option. Sell it & buy something better.
But, E4 is to do with Temp or Pressure not right.
"

Code E4:constant temperature and constant pressure failed.

(the chamber pressure tolerance is greater than 0.25bar or temperature tolerance greater than 2.5?)

Solution:

A. please check if you can open the solenoid valve which the steam gets into.

B. please refer to E2 process
---------------------
For E2 try:

Code E2:Chamber overpressure

(The chamber pressure is above 2.4 bar for longer than 2 seconds)

Solution:

A. Please check when the pressure rises, the chamber inner temperature will also rise up. If not or rise up very slowly, then you should check the inner temperature sensor, please refer to E1-C1 process.

B. The chamber keep vacuum pressure, the vacuum pressure will be -0.7 bar within 4 minutes under normally room temperature, and it will above 0.1 bar within 5 minutes if the pressure do not leak out, otherwise, you should check the chamber cover, solenoid valve, safety valve, vacuum pump, connector welded points, till you find the problems where and why the pressure leak out, then solve the problems if you find it.

C. During the machine normally working cycle, please observe if the machine vacuum could be lower than -0.6 bar, even lower than -0.7 bar if the machine is still cold.

D. Adjust the chamber cover and tighten a little if necessary.

E. When you run a cycle for the first time with a packed or non packed instruments and it comes up with E2, please don't worry. It will not come out with the E2 alarm again when you run it the second time.

My enigma autoclave isn't starting. There is no error message on the screen. It just beeps 3 times and does nothing?

I know nothing about Enigma but this is typical of PC problems with memory. If there is a Keyboard, try getting into Bios by restarting and pressing F2 and Del keys alternately on turn on. This gets you into most computer Bios. When there, look for Memory/RAM to see if it is seeing any. Try "Reset to defaults" as a last resort.

Try to get the manual and look for "Trouble Shooting" section. If it has info on memory installation (for example, adding or replacing, read carefully.

If you have a techie guy there, think about opening up the Enigma to get to the main board (mother board) and removing the RAM module(s). If you can have them tested, do so. If not, clean them with a dry clean toothbrush, blow out(or vac) the main board socket the RAM came out of (be sure Enigma is plugged in and off and not too much vacuuming as it builds up static). And if there are more than one RAM, plug in only 1 or reverse the slots or use other slots if there are any. Try all combinations. Power off between each removal/insertion. Be careful and gentile but firm. Be careful of static electricity. Any little "Snap" you hear from touching some thing is a hazard to electronics, so keep in touch with the machine to stay grounded. Hold the RAM, use that hand to touch the Enigma 1st without touching the RAM to the Enigma and then proceed. That grounds you and by default, the RAM safely. Peep the Enigma plugged in but turned off except when testing.

Enigma 8 autoclave error code E13

The E13 error code on an Enigma 8 autoclave typically indicates a problem with the vacuum system. This error code is indicating that the vacuum is not reaching the proper level during the sterilization cycle.
Here are a few things you can check to fix the E13 error code:
  1. Check the vacuum pump: Make sure that the vacuum pump is functioning properly and that it is not blocked or clogged.
  2. Check the air filter: Make sure that the air filter is clean and not clogged. A clogged air filter can prevent the vacuum pump from functioning properly.
  3. Check the vacuum hose: Make sure that the vacuum hose is not damaged or disconnected.
  4. Check the door gasket: Make sure that the door gasket is not damaged or leaking. A damaged or leaking door gasket can prevent the vacuum from reaching the proper level.
  5. Check the control board: Make sure that the control board is not damaged or malfunctioning.
  6. Check the water level: Make sure that the water level is at the correct level in the autoclave chamber.
