I am looking for a toyota 2440 manual preferably a pdf file

Janome has the manual for the JD1818 on their retired machines site: https://www.janome.com/support/retired-machine-manuals/ . If you prefer a printed copy, you can purchase it here: https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/instruction-manual-janome-jd1818.aspx? . Alternatively, put the PDF from Janome's site on a USB flash drive. Take it to a local print shop (Kinkos, UPS store) and they'll print and bind the file for you.

Be sure to raise the presser foot during the threading process. Also, make sure to give each thread an extra little tug when threading the tension disk.

I can usually find manuals on Janome no problem but I can't access the one for Hello Kitty.
If you click on the specifications for any machine on the Janome site a PDF appears with a download manual button next to it. I can see the PDF but no download manual button.
