mcdevito75 here, Timex.com should help. Also look for a small watch repair shop in your area for a replacement strap, and they may even have faster accesss to Timex.

Yeah...it took me awhile to figure this one out too.

You can't actually reset the Review function back to zero. Instead, you replace the data with your latest workout.

Here are the steps:
1) turn on heart rate monitor
2) setup HRM zone
3) start chronograph
4) do your workout
5) stop chronograph
6) review your results

Starting the chronograph is the key. This is the step I missed

I had the same problem, I was missing the instruction booklet for this watch. I went on the Timex website and sent and email to customer service, they got back to me and sent me a pdf manual. It explains all the features.
