There are about 50 (at the very least) apps in app store ( I use 'Easy Backup" that would allow you to scan your contacts on iphone and email backup file so you can import it (one way sync) to either Outlook or Icloud.
Your iCloud and apple id is just the same. If the apple id/iCloud sync with the iPod is yours you can just simply reset the password by clicking the link below.
Download google sync and that will sync contacts calendar and notes to outlook and when you sync with iTunes it should copy from outlook. You might have to select outlook as a source in iTunes though.
Here is a way, hope it can help you.1.Connect your iPhone to the computer using the supplied USB cable and launch the iTunes application, if it does not launch automatically. iTunes displays your iPhone on the left panel under "Devices." 2.Click your iPhone on the iTunes panel and click the "Info" tab. Click "Sync contacts with" and select "Outlook." 3.Select "All Contacts" if you want to sync all the contacts from your iPhone to Outlook. If you want to select specific contacts, click "Selected groups" and place a check on the contacts you want to sync to Outlook. 4.Click "Apply" to sync your iPhone contacts to Outlook. Click the "Eject" button on the right panel and disconnect your phone from the computer. Close iTunes. 5.Launch Outlook and click the "Contacts" tab. You should see the imported iPhone contacts.Good luck.
you have to use itunes. that is one problem with the iphone, its very dependent on itunes. so to sync your calendar, contacts, messages, or other files in the phone, you have to sync it with itunes.
Speaking of syncing iPhone with Outlook, you can take advantage of iTunes to sync contacts.
Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable, and launch iTunes.
Click iPhone icon, and choose Info the Summary Panel in left sidebar.
Check Sync Contacts with, and choose in the drop-down menu.
Click Apply at the right bottom to start syncing iPhone contacts with Outlook.
When the sync is finished, the contacts will show up in the Outlook contacts. Besides syncing contacts, you can also sync iPhone calendars and mails to outlook as well. But if you have noticed, the sync of iTunes is an annoying issue among iPhone users as during the sync of iTunes, the application may erase the available files in their iPhone. http://www.leawo.org/tutorial/how-to-sync-iphone-with-outlook.html
When you create a new Contacts Folder you have to make sure that you create as a subfolder of the main contacts folder (in the create window you are shown the file tree).
I had the folders moved in different groups as well but I am not sure that it made a difference.
Please note that you have to leave outlook and itunes on for a few minutes before they synch and iTunes see the new folders.
Well work computers have there own special software I cant help you threw here but what you can do is call Apple and they should walk you threw the steps.

New Apple iPhone 3G Coming This Friday!
When you connect your iPhone to the PC that you always sync with, Go to Info tab, Check the box Sync Contacts with: and select Outlook. Then make sure that you check the box Put new contacts created on this phone into the group: and select a subfolder in your main contacts folder.
This way, all the contacts from your iPhone will be saved into another folder in your main contacts folder of your Outlook PST.
i'm not so sure about outlook2000 but outlook2007 works great with calender and contacts. just make sure it's selected in your iphone settings in itunes before syncing.
