hello try to connect the Acer support or search on Google for bios password. A lot of computer the come with a same bois password that company put on it. For example your Model is Acer may be the Company put Acer password for it . Even if you remove the bois battery from the motherboard and you see same thing again i think you will have to take it to Acer Branch the only help it their. i tried to find the password for you put can't find it. If you have forgot BIOS password then you have to reset CMOS jumper setting. Please follow the below steps: Open the Laptop back panel. Locate the CMOS battrey, remove it & then with the help of a screw driver keep on pressing the terminal inside it and turn ON the computer for 10 secs and Turn Off (make sure you keep on pressing the terminal with a screwdriver while turning ON). It will clear the BIOS setting. Now, fix the CMOS battrey & restart the computer. This will take care of the issue.

To disable the bios password on your laptop, you will need to remove the cmos battery on your laptop for some minutes and insert back, the cmos battery is located on the motherboard of your laptop, once the cmos battery is removed from the motherboard for some minutes, the bios password will be reset, and the bios password will be disable.

Reset CMOS may be fix ur problem

First of all as you have forgotten the password to reset the password you have to open the notebook and remove the CMOS Battery for a while and then replace it restart the notebook after you restart the notebook all the default setting will be loaded in the cmos setup you can enter the cmos setup and set the password again.

Boot the computer in safe mode. You will be able to go in and reset your password. and once you are running you can always install your normal password. Depending on the operationg system usually F10 or F2 or on some the DEL key will get you into the safe mode.. Good Luck easy do once you are in safe mode....

i have had just the same problem, i took my laptop apart removed the cmos battery its just to the side of the trackpack on top of the motherboard, but this did not work, HERE is the solution with out stripping the all the laptop make sure the battery is out and no power to the laptop all you need to do is take the plastic part with the power button on off and underneath you will see a small switch called SW1 move the number one switch to on then power up the laptop press F2 and there you go your in the bios, save all settings turn off put the switch back to where it was put you plastic facia back on replace the battery power up now press F2 and do what you want all is good
