Hi my blackberry was working fine havnt dropped it or anything woke up this morning and the alarm clock was upside down, took out the battery and put it back in, the blackberry bar loaded but started to get fuzzy, and then turned to a white screen, now it wont go. Can still get calls and am alerted when i have a message but cant see anthing

Hi,

It might sound absurd but the frantic truth is that the LCD screen of your phone is bad which might be as a result of previous shocks and abrasions which it has been subjected to.This is a common feature of the 9700 bold.

The only solution is to replace the LCD screen of your phone,it cots between 40-79 dollars .

Reset it by taking out the battery, wait one minute, then replace battery, turn on and wait for phone to start up.

Blackberry Pearl will not turn on but light keeps blinking red
Do not turn on the phone again before taking out all trapped moisture. Take out the battery, sim card, etc. You will need to wrap each piece in newspaper, the phone and battery and then put in a rice container and wait at least 24 hrs. The newspaper and rice will eventually absorb the moisture. I hope this helps!

The external display on my blackberry pearl flip is empty
i had the same problem. i reset the alarm to go off immediately, then dismissed the alarm. i also reset the default theme. the clock came back to the external display and the daily alarm message went away!
