Most likely a bad bake igniter wb13t10045 cant guaruntee thats the problem but I'd start there.

You should be able to hit the Stop pad, but you can download GE owner's manuals and installation instructions here.

If some of the pads on the keypad are not working, you may have a failed keypad, which can be replaced.

You may need re-program the Universal Remote by following the correct instructions. Enter the code accordingly. For Sanyo TV You can use one of following codes
004, 012, 049, 097, 108, 110, 180, 268
