Well if you wiggle it , and it works that proves beyond a dought, there are bad connections inside.
with that hard fact what is the answer.
the answer is get it repaired in shop.
or read a book on laptop repair, and not make it worse
as most folks do, wrecking connectors , done wrong.
it doesn't matter if it is a short or open at all what does matter is the connections are bad, what your tech does is look first.
at all LCD cables, and reseats them.
and retest them and if fails checks LCD by pressing in spots that fail there, more connections.
all this info is standard procedures in any real shop.
The fault may be a broken ribbon cable that connect the screen to the motherboard. Less likely is that the connector is loose on the motherboard. The connectors are normally very well seated and don't normally come loose.
One thing that you must do, is that if you can get the screen working, even once, save all your important files and pictures onto an external device, such as a USB stick.

Try pressing the F8 key before windows starts. You will get a boot menu. first try booting in safe mode, if that works from the boot menu restore the system to a prior backup session.
