These watches appear to be made by Seiko and they have a service center at the address below. Their web site http://www.nike.com/timing/ says that they will repair or replace broke straps if it is within warranty. Is yours in this position. They do not say what happens if it is out of warranty though!

The retailer is supposed to provide an instruction booklet with the watch. If you do not have one, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the watch. If that is not possible, please contact the nearest Seiko Service Center shown on the Seiko world map. In addition, features and operations as well as instruction manuals for some calibers are available below. http://caliber.seikowatches.com/
Enter your calibre code (its on the back of your watch, it will explain which numbers to you on the website), you'll then be able to download an instruction manual for your watch, this will detail how to adjust hands to their corect starting position :)
