I beleive you are using too much detergant..I had the problem and the dealer told me to cut backon the soap..I never use more then the first line of the cup. Of course you are using HE detergent.
First you should reach deep into the front door seal and run your fingers around. There is probably slime in there. You will need to thoroughly clean this with a bleach water mix about 50-50. You might need to pull the seal almost inside out to get in there good. If after scrubbing you still have black in the rubber the mold will come right back in that case you will need to replace the seal. They are not to hard to replace but a little tricky. Here is a link that should help if you need to replace the seal or if the wire ring pops off when cleaning. Now if all cleans up well or you replaced it be sure to wipe out the seal after each use (deep in there) and /or leave the door open.
If the seal is clean and no mold present and it still smells then you likely have a clogged drain pump filter or pump. Here is a link that should help cleaning a drain pump
