I have a AMH95 gas fired furnace. there are 2 drain tubes on the back of furnance that drain water when the central air is running. One tube runs to a tube that runs to a floor drain and the other just hangs out the back. Should there br water running from the second tube on the floor ?

Hello RR,there are 2 tubes one is the PRIMARY drain & the other is secondary drain. If the primary drain becomes CLOGED or slows down the 2nd drain leaks. Its time to clean out the primary drain tube.Find the end or disconnect it & blow/flush it out to clear it.

While the central air unit is on, water is leaking

Any time you have an HVAC problem the best solution is to call a qualified tech. While many problems (and quite possibly this one) aren't that hard to fix the repair cost if you screw something up can be very high. My disclaimer out of the way, here you go:
the condensate (water) is not draining properly. This is either because your pump (if you have one) isn't working, the drain line is clogged (most likely), the gravity drain has been knocked around and feeds back into the furnace, or something more sinister (crack in the evaporator coil pan, for instance). If you have a pump (you'll see PVC running into it and vinyl tubing running out, make sure it's plugged in and the lines are not clogged or kinked. If you have a gravity drain try disconnecting it and blowing it out and making sure it always runs downhill, even if only a little. Other than that, call the HVAC service guys.
Good Luck

My furnace is leaking water when the heat is running

You probably have a 90+% efficient furnace. They produce condensation. Does it have PVC vent pipes? If so there is a drain tube for condensation.

Ignitor lights gas gas valve shuts off on furnance

thanks for your question, I am mr.grzz,
there are to reasons your furnace is doing what its doing, either a stuck pressure switch, or a bad flame sensor, replacing the pressure switch is pretty easy, its a little round flat peice with a tube sticking out of it, if you take the tube off and **** into it, you will hear a little click, try running your furnace while doing this, if it lites off, then bingo, but you have to make sure you have sucktion to the switch !
now the othe thing that I mentioned is the flame sensor, another relitive easy part to replace, its the pencil thin rod that stick up in front of the burners, when the flame ignites, it impinges on the rod which lets you gas valve stay open, if it has a little buile up on it, it might not send the correct signal back to the gas valve, taking it out, and cleaning it with emery cloth normally does the trick, try that, hope my info was helpfull, thanks again for your question, mr.grzz

Goodman 90% gas heater condensation build up

If the exhaust comes off the top of the furnace, you will need to make sure the condensation will drain all the way back to the condensate outlet found at the base of the inducer blower. If you are having to remove the tube from the pressure switch, there must be a blockage from the inducer down to where ever it drains to. Check to see if all tubes are free of blockages and if there is a condensate trap, clean it out. If the pressure tube you mentioned is facing up toward the blower allowing water to flow into it, reposition it so water will not enter the tube.
