try to resent your windows live id:
Reset a Windows Live ID or fix an unavailable Windows Live ID
When you installed OneCare, you may have entered a Windows Live ID. When you try to activate your OneCare subscription using a different Windows Live ID, the Windows Live ID may be unavailable, and you are unable to update or change it. Run the following tool to reset your Windows Live ID.
- Copy the following web address, open your Internet browser, paste the address in the address box of your browser, and then press ENTER.

- Click Save.
- Select a location where you want to save the file, and then click Save.

Go to the location where you saved the file.
In Windows XP, double-click the file.

In Windows Vista, right-click the file, and then click Run as administrator.
- Click Run, and then click Continue.
- When the repair tool starts, click Continue.
- Read the licensing agreement. If you agree to it, click I accept the terms of the End?User Licensing Agreement, and then click Continue.
- Click Start.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- When the installation is complete, open OneCare, and then click Subscribe.

If you have a paid subscription, you're eligible to receive e-mail, chat, or telephone support. However, if you have a free trial subscription, you're eligible to receive only e-mail support.
To submit a Service Request and contact a OneCare Support agent:
- At the bottom of any Help topic, click Contact support, and then click Get support.
- In the Contact Support window, select the type of support that you want, and then select whether you want help with a new issue or with an existing issue. If it is a new issue, select whether the issue is related to the computer that you're using now or to a different computer.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the appropriate subscription information, and then click Continue.
- Enter detailed information about the issue that you're experiencing, and then click Continue to receive your Service Request number.
You'll need this Service Request number when you start your session with a Customer Support agent.
