If you mean a pig tail from the disconnect to the condenser go to a furnace supply and get one there. About $20.00

If T3QC-030K is the model number it is 2 1/2 tons.
12,000 btu = 1 ton 030 means 30,000btu

Your unit is April 2003. So it is 8 years old. P3D is model ref 0304 is year/month of manufactor. You also have a 2.5 ton system. Hop this helps. Info verified through local Intertherm distributor.

If you don’t see any frost on the suction line or big line on the furnace
(that goes from the furnace to the outdoor unit) and the filter and coil are clean then you are probably low on refrigerant.

Wiring diagram is normally included and fixed to the inside cover of the electrical end cover of the control compartment. Instructions for wire size required and fused disconnect should be on the unit name plate.

There is no reset button on most of these units. If nothing is running at all when a call from cooling from the thermostat is made your problem could be a tripped or breaker in the off position. When you turn the thermostat to cool have someone listen for a click at the unit. If no click is heard it may be in the low voltage circuit that your problem is. If a click is heard which is the main contactor pulling in to run then your problem may be in the high voltage power supply. If you have a fused disconnect check the fuses. They should be of the time delay type (slow blow) and sized according to the ampacity on the unit name plate. Also check the main breaker in the house power panel.
