The reason it keeps bringing that error page is because U might be getting either ur “Username or password" wrong. Try inputting the correct login information; but if you can't remember your info.... visit 2go.im
even if you're not using the internet, the iphone automatically connects you to the internet that's why it keeps on prompting you. try changing your settings so that you wont automatically connect to the internet.
You need to disable 3G and VPN. To do so, go to Settings> General> Network. Make sure the "Enable 3G" option is turned off. Next, tap VPN at the bottom of the screen and make sure to turn it off too.
If the 3G and VPN are turned "ON", your iPhone will try to connect to the internet everytime it catches signal, normally this happens coz of Mail app and others that require internet connection.

I've been having the same problem (as it would appear many others have too - specifically on O2)
I tried various solutions including turning different things on and off.
Finally, I have turned off both the 3G and the Cellular Data settings. So far this has stopped the message for the last hour and it hasn't come back yet.
Although you won't be able to access the internet / MMS service through your service provider - although Wi-Fi internet should still work as normal. ^_^
