I have a sharp photocopier AR-5316 flashing error code is h4 how to reset this code and solve the problem

My sharp ar-5320 copier has an error code blinking it flashes h and 4.

The H4 stands for a problem in the heater circuit for the fusing unit, It could be a thermo fuse, thermostat, thermistor, bad heat lamp or worn fuser rollers. The H4 will not reset until either of these components is repaired or replaced. Hope this helps.

Hello sir; H4 code require reset procedure as follow;
1, press"#" "interupt" "c" "interupt" these 4 keys.
2, enter 14 , then press start
3, turn power off and back on .
