Some model you can, some you can't....if there are pre drilled holes with plastic plugs on the opposite side you can....you will need to purchase hinges and maybe handles.

The directions for reversing the door can be found on page 13 and 14, with pictures of the operation. Open the door to reverse. Check the 10 screws that need to be removed (6 on the left, 4 on the right). Remove 4 dummy screws with a screwdriver. Remove the two screws from, and disassemble, the latch. Hold on to the hinge while removing 4 screws from the hinge (to prevent the door from dropping). Remove the door from the cabinet cover. Move the door to the left side and insert a hinge into a hinge hole. Hold on to the hinge while screwing down the hinge (to prevent the door from dropping). Insert the latch to the right side and install the screws. Screw down the 4 dummy screws to the right side. Check that the door closes and latches properly.
on the top right hand side of the refrigerator you should see little screw cover caps,, also on the door and on the bottom of the door. remove these caps -- now remove the screws that hold the hinges for the door and just switch everything over to the other side. everything is a mirror image of the other side --- where there is a screw that holds the hinge on one side -- there will be a screw hole on the other side that is covered by a finish cap,,, same thing with the hinge pin hole. tighten everything up and use the finish caps to plug up the now exposed holes and there you go -- right hand opening door.

REVERSING DOOR SWING
Your
dryer is designed so the door swing may be reversed at any time without
additional parts. Conversion is accomplished by transferring hinges to
the opposite side of the cabinet.
To change the direction of the door opening:
1.
Open the dryer door. Remove the four hinge hole plugs from the left
side of the door opening. Place nearby for future installation. NOTE: You may need a plastic knife to help pull out the plugs. Be careful not to scratch the paint.
2. Remove the four screws that secure the door hinges to the dryer front panel (see below). NOTE: Remove one screw from each of the two hinges first. Hold the door firmly before removing the last two screws.
3. Rotate the door 180° and reinstall the door hinges to the dryer front panel with the four screws.
4. Install the four hinge hole plugs in the open screw holes on the right side of the door opening.
Open the dryer door. There should be approximately three screws that hold the hinges on there on the right side (as you said yours currently is a left to right opening). Remove the screws that hold the door on. As you hold the dryer door removed from the dryer, turn it counter clockwise so that the handle is now on the opposite side. Lay it on the floor. Now, remove the screw hole covers from the opposite side of the dryer opening ( the left side) (these can be removed with a fingernail or a thin flat tipped screw driver to pry them out). This will expose the screw holes on the opposite (left)side of the dryer. Take the removed covers and place them in the original screw holes on the right side. Now simply reinstall the door hinges in the newly exposed screw holes on the left side. This will only work if your dryer is designed to have both types of openings. Good Luck!
tip unit over on side, placing an old blanket or similar on floor under unit.there are 3 little bolt/screws holding each bracket to the underside of unit, unscrew these/lay brackets on floor, slide door down off pin on underside of top.and unscrew this pin.change over from right to left replace door onto pin replace bottom hingepin, adjust door for" squareness " and tighten all screws lift back upright and switch on...will take a little time to settle down temp wise.... make sure seal sits tight all round good luck ..geoff
Unplug the dryer. Remove the lint filter. Remove the 2 screws at the lint filter opening. Use a putty knife between the top lid and the front panel to release the clips. They are about 2 inches in from right and left sides where the top meets the front panel. Lift the lid towards the rear of the dryer. Look inside the top right and left corners of the front panel and remove the screws holding the front to the cabinet. Remove the door switch wires and set the door aside. Place the new belt over the drum, ribbed side towards the drum. Look under the drum for the belt tensioner. It is S shaped with a wheel on it. Place the base of the tensioner in the slots below the motor pulley. Feed the right side of the belt through the opening under the wheel with the smooth side of the belt touching the wheel. Place this side of the belt over the motor pulley with the ribbed side touching the pulley. Replace the front panel. Hook up the door switch wires. Replace the panel screws. Reattach the top lid and lint filter screws. Replace the lint filter. Plug in the dryer.

Remove the steering column cover by removing the three screws along the bottom and pull on the cover to unsnap the three clips across the top of the instrument panel steering column cover. Remove the ignition switch lock cylinder. Remove the four screws retaining the steering column shrouds together and remove the steering column shrouds. Install the ignition switch lock cylinder to prevent the steering wheel from turning. Disconnect the wiring connectors at the turn signal and windshield wiper switch. Remove the one screw and A/C evaporator register duct from under the steering column tube. Disconnect the wiring connectors at the bottom of the steering column tube. Remove the pinch bolt attaching the steering column tube to the steering column lower yoke and slightly spread the joint with a screwdriver. Using a putty knife or similar tool, insert under the left or right corner of the instrument panel upper finish panel and pry up on the instrument panel upper finish panel to release one snap clip. Unsnap the remaining four clips pulling up by hand, working toward the opposite side of the vehicle. Remove the two nuts retaining the left side of the instrument panel to the cowl side.
