Won't start. - McCulloch Electric Chipper Shredder

Hello, Get down to basics, plug a hair dryer into your wall socket where you had the shredder plugged in and make sure the power is OK. Then if the power is OK, get hold of a multimeter and measure the two points on the plug, make sure the trip switch is reset on the shredder. You must measure the resistance(ohms), should read a very low resistance. Get somebody to help you, if the shredder did work before and not damaged physically, then there should be no reason it won't work! Regards ED

Depending on how old it is just get a new one they are not worth trying to get mended
