You can download a windows password reset tool and create a windows password reset disk with it. Few days ago I downloaded a program named Windows Password Seeker and I successfully reset the forgotten password with the disk. http://www.passwordseeker.com

Forgot windows password, you can reinstall Windows or reset the old password with windows password reset tool. I do not recommend you to reinstall Windows, which can lead a data loss. You can downloaded Windows Password Reset 9.0 and burned it to a CD/DVD or USB memory card. Then to remove the password. http://www.reset-windows-password.com/how-to-reset-windows-password.html

I know a website http://www.reset-windows-password.com there are a lot of softwares on it, you can download one to reset or remove your windows password. it is compatible with Windows 7.

You don't need to access bios to change boot drive just hit escape key a couple of times when you power on and it will give you options for which drive to boot from.

I forgote bios password, IN MY ASUS EEE PC4G
I'm doing this from memory because I don't have an Asus handy. Reboot the machine press F11 to get into BIOS before the password screen comes up. You may have to try this several times. I've never tried this but I read on the Asus site that if you press CRTL-ALT Del while the unit is booting, that will put it into Administrator mode. Leave the password it asks for blank.

One of the advantage of any Linux OS is its tough security. Im afraid you have to reprogram you machine so that you can use it,  . and then maybe later you run a File Recovery software so that you can latter on recover your important files.
