It's most likely the remote. Try opening the remote (I know it's hard, and could be hard to put back together). The underside of the rubber buttons will need to be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and a Q- tip. You will notice some of the black carbon rub off onto the Q-tip (That's Okay). Then dip the Q-tip in alcohol and run it over the gold or silver areas that the rubber buttons touch to change the channels (and all the other places they touch too)Then wipe all those areas dry with another Q-tip, until no more carbon black comes off, and there is no moisture in the button side of the board. It was probably caused by an oil leak from one or more of the buttons. then reassemble OR try a cheap universal remote.
most likely you have welded the wire to the electrode tip
unscrew the electrode tip, (copper piece the wire comes out of) pull wire out, (may need to try to feed wire with trigger at this time or pull hard with pliers)
replace tip or gently file and/or grind leading end of tip until wire is free and hole is clear
first check check tip is right size for wire or is unobstructed may just need a clean with tip cleaners.if this is happening while trying to change wire roll try removing the tip feeding the wire through then slide tip over wire.
Yeah, you can buy these kind of cue tips from online. Even, I want to prefer you a place where you can get these types of billiards kits from here. Pool Tables
Paid $20-00 each. The meal cost $16-66 each = total of $50-00 The tip cost $1-33 each = total of $54-00 Add Change $2- each = total $60-00
Paid $20-00. Cost of dinner for each friend is not $18-00, it is $16-66. Cost of dinner including tip is $18-00 each. $18-00 x 3 = $54-00. Then the question adds $4-00 as a tip. This has already been accounted for in the $18-00. Plus the $6-00 change =$60-00.
For some reason the question tricks/confuses the brain. You have to work backwards from $60-00. Take away $6-00 in change and it's $54-00. This divided by 3 = $18-00 which is what everyone paid for dinner and the tip. Should be straightforward but in reality it's not.
TRY CHANGING THE FUSE IN THE TIP OF THE CAR CHARGER -
THE VERY TIP UNSCREWS
CAREFUL JUST UNDER THE TIP IS A SMALL SILVER TIP UNDER THAT IS YOUR FUSE

I own a Toshiba Tablet PC that uses a wacom stylus.
With the stylus replacement tips there is an extraction tool: It looks like a wide ring split lengthwise.
You take the tool between thumb and index ( as you do a tweezer) and extract the worn out tip. Toshiba warns against letting the tip wear out too much: this renders extraction difficult.
Once you have extracted the worn out tip, insert a new one with the thinner side towards the outside.
Press gently but firmly to make sure it is holding.
