My ice maker is jammed. I have taken apart the ice tray and believe I have figured out the problem. Would anyone have a diagram of how the ice tray should be put together. More specifically: The plastic cap at the back end of the ice tray should fit over the corkscrewed metal rod. Should the cap be centered over the end, or should it be offset? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Problem solved. If anyone else comes across this issue... The plastic end piece that connects to the metal rod can come loose and jam. If the metal piece lodges across the plastic piece, then you need to pull the rod back so that just the small end bent section of the rod is in the plastic piece. The plastic piece should rest in the center of the metal rod end coil.
