I just called customer service for the same problem. Push the fan button, which is the MIDDLE BUTTON of the 3 bottom buttons, and the UP ARROW button at the same time, you will see the number 1 on the left of the screen. Press the bottom right button until you see the number 28 on the left, 68 should be on the right. Press the DOWN ARROW until you get to the desired temp, it won't go lower than 50. Then press ok.

How do I change my Honeywell FocusPRO6000 TH6110D1005 thermostat to from Fahrenheit to Celsius?

Press and hold the up arrow and fan buttons until the display changes. Then press Next until you see 14 in the display. Change this value to 1 (with the up and down arrows) to get Celsius. (O is Fahrenheit.) Press Done to exit and save the setting.

The manual is available here: http://customer.honeywell.com/Honeywell/ProductInfo.aspx/TH6110D1005 . Scroll to the bottom and choose a manual then press Download. This particular section is in the Installer's Guide.

I hope this helps.

Here is a simple way to tell. Remove your thermostat from it's mounting plate, locate the wiring, the red and white are low voltage control wires. Disconnect them from the base and join the two together if the furnace runs you need a thermostat if not it is in the controls to the furnace.

Thermostat

I have a Honeywell Programmable Thermostat, T8011R. The users guide for the T8000 series can be found at:

To keep your temperature at a single setting, just enter the temperature at every period, i.e. WAKE, LEAVE, RETURN AND SLEEP for both the Monday through Friday time frame and the same for the weekend. I do this at 55 degrees when I'm going to be out of town.
To 'Guest' , enter your 68 degrees at WAKE, LEAVE and RETURN, then enter 66 degrees at SLEEP. Do this for the Monday through Friday time frame and again for the Saturday - Sunday time frame.
