Every time I switch on my Nokia N73 mobile phone, it tells me that I have a voice message. When I access my voice mail, I am told that there aren't any. When this voice message was first received, it said that it was on 'Line 1'. The voice message icon is still posting in the top right hand side of the screen even though there is supposedly no vice message???

you need to format your phone so that you can receive messages again...input this code *#7370# and then click yes...enter your security code...after that your phone will reboot...it will automatically on..so please wait until the phone open..after that enjoy texting again..hope this will help you

first inactive ur voice mail service. then check outbox if any outgoing sms or voice mail r there then delete it.

Follow this steps in the given order -
1) Switch off your phone
2) Remove memory card
3) Switch on your phone
4) Ask a friend to send you a message. Now you will hear the tone
5) Switch off, insert the memory card & switch on again
6) Ask someone to send a message again. It will work

3. Enter Default lock code is 12345.
4. While holding these buttons, press the power button
and switch on the phone.
5. Wait for message
'Formatting' to appear on the screen and release all keys once you see
that message.
Method 3: Soft Reset of Nokia Mobile Phone
1. Switch off your Nokia phone
2.
Now Press following key sequence *#7780#
3. Enter Default lock code is 12345.
4. While holding these buttons, press the power
button and switch on the phone.
5. Wait for
message 'Formatting' to appear on the screen and release all keys once
you see that message.
Please Note: The Above Nokia Phone Formatting method will erase all your Phone data. So do backup before proceeding for Formatting
