Look in your manual if you lost it then, go to razor.com and request one. But the simple answer is to:
1. Turn off the scooter
2. Plug charger into wall outlet.
3. Find the hole on the side that matches the charger plug(not the wall outlet plug) .
4. Plug the charger into the scooter.
5. Wait until the charger turn off ( if the charger is a smart charger), typical charging time is 4-6hours.

*If not a smart charger you can calculate the charge time by using an online battery charging time calculator.

The battery on my wrangler will not charge

Measure the voltage on the charger terminals. It has to be 29 volts when not connected to the scooter. If the charger in an onboard type the fuse for it in in back of the scooter. Download the service manual from Pride's website. It has detailed instructions.

Green light does not come on the power charger

hi, there could be three reason for his .

following the instructions below for a external charger

1. the charger cannot see the battery voltage, this could be because a fues on the scooter has blown. the charger socket is damaged.
2. the Batteries never fully charge because they are damaged.
3. the charger itself has a fault.

I believe that scooter has the charge fuse locate on the tiller column,
Follow the instructions below for a built in charger, if that the case check the fuse on the battery leads,

Otherwise in my experience the batteries cannot be fully charged because they have a fault

Rarely is it the inbuilt charger that is faulty.

Hi, we have lost the instructions for my Moms scooter, can you provide charging instructions please? Its a DMA S235 Thanks, Ian.

If you have an onboard charger just plug it in when mom goes to bed and unplug in the morning when she gets up. If you have an off board charger do the same thing only make sure that the charger is off when you plug it in and in the morning turn it off before you unplug it and she should be good to go for the day Hope this helps

We have lost the instruction manual for a TGA mobility scooter. The numbers on the scooter are 991186017 and also, AFIKIM Electric Vehicle.

If you contact TGA 01787 882244 they would be able to provide you with a manual, it is chargable though.

Scooter has full charge but still won't go.

It probably means that the connections or wiring from your battery are loose or broken. When you add the extra current required to run the motors, the voltage is being lost. Monitor the battery voltage with a meter while trying to drive the scooter will prove this.
