Worked for two days - brand new out of box.....all lights on.....what do you suggest?

If the steamer starts making a "gurgling" noise, like its running out of steam, hold the hose straight up for several seconds. It says to do this in the manual and gets the steam flowing again--works great!

Take the unit apart, make sure to wash out everything including the hose as well as the unit itself. Spray water in the opposite way it comes out to fill up the bladder from the hose. This will loosen any type film that has accumulated. We did this and it fixed the device. Not only that but what came out looked like food particles and other filament. We have only used the device once, so i assume we got a used product even though we bought it new from Costco. This should fix your problem.
