This the great solution... try low level format..
1. plug ur usb
flash
2. run Formatter v2.9.0.9.exe
3. follow the instruction and
wait for the format (might take 5min for 4GB)
4. after complete, may
the small volume (about 2MB...here the solution
5. plug your usb
flash on other computer and format like regular (make sure u untick
quick format) and click on "restore device defaults" then click format
6.
now your usb flash drive was like a new one
>>>>DOWNLOAD
FORMATTER CLICK HERE <<<<
i followed the instructions u said but when i unplugged my flash drive then plug it again why does it goes back to 5.9mb instead of 2gb?
when u use formatter, it will resize your volume, dont worry...you just format once again, just format as regular (open my computer, right-click on your flash drive and select format).
did u see step 5 clearly???

- Start > Run > type ‘regedit’ (without the speachmarks) > Enter
- Single-click on ‘My Computer’ > File > Export > save it to the Desktop (Always best to have a backup!!)
- Go to the following:
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDeviceP olicies
*There seems to be some spaces here in 'StorageDevicePolicies' in the text above, there shouldn't be, OK*
- Double click on the string ‘WriteProtect’ and change the ‘Value Data’ box to ‘0’
- Then: File > Export > save somewhere useful as something like ‘StorageDevicePolicies001.reg’
- You also need to do this for the strings in any folders called
‘ControlSet***’ (* = any Digit, i.e. 001, 002) – for example:
Everything is the same, just change ‘CurrentControlSet’ to
‘ControlSet***’
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\StorageDevicePolic ies
*There seems to be some spaces here in 'StorageDevicePolicies' in the text above, there shouldn't be, OK*
- Save these to the same place as before as ‘StorageDevicePolicies00*’
The saves are in case it reverts at a later date, just double click
(saying ‘yes’ to importing these to the registry) on all of the files
and it will all work again!

Turn on your computer and plug in the drive after your operating system has loaded.
Open "My Computer" and search the list of drives until you find your USB drive letter.
Right-click on the name and click "Properties." Once the options have loaded, go through the tabs until you see the option to remove write protection. If this does not work, go to the next step.
Visit the company website for your USB drive. Go to the help or support section and search for "write protection."
Click on the download section and search for "write protection software remover." Download the program and install it on your computer.
Open the software program. Go to "Option" and click "Remove Write Protection" to unlock your USB drive.
