Drivers for Ethernet Controllers & PCI Modem

Check that all drivers are installed and working in device manager as when I reinstalled Windows not all of the drivers installed and I had to do it manually. These drivers were the ones that give you access to the internet. These were network adapters and IDE ATA /ATAPI controllers.

Windows 7 should automatically install device drivers for the Audio, Video and Network, If you are unable to find/download a device driver that works on your computer and your computer is connected to the Internet then - 1. Remove the driver that isn't working if it was installed.
2. Set Win-7 "Windows Device Installation" to 'AUTO'
3. Windows will automatically search the internet for the driver.
4. Reboot your computer.

Hi go to dell site the pci is a modem pug on to the router the pci will go the other usb will be ok if you go on to the dell site and down load the usb ,regards clive

If you are trying to connect through a modem/router you it should have come with a disk then
you might have to connect the usb lead to your modem to get a connection then go click start control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll to network adapters should see a yellow question mark? right click install drivers

Go to the manufactures website and search for your model number. There should be a list of related drivers and how to install them.

You can purchase an ethernet card at your local PC store. Make sure that it is compatible with your particular PC.

Visit the Dell Web Site.. Use the Service tag on On under side of laptop.. and All Drivers are on the Dell Support Web Site!

Yes- you need to go to Toshiba's website and download the drivers for your unit. The drivers for all of this hardware should be listed there for your model.

Cable has changed it's policy and standards many times in the past

if you have a cable modem you will most certanly need to decide
if you're going to be using the cat5 ethernet connection or the USB connection cable

if you have an onboard ethernet adaptor or a PCI ethernet adaptor
it's best if you use the cat5 connection of the cable modem

if you have no ethernet adaptor , you will need to use the USB connection of the cable modem
and connect that to your computer , which will most deffinately require that you have working
USB ports and at least service pack 2 loaded to enable USB 2.0 , and a driver from the cable
modems driver CD

if you're using a router , use the cat5 connection of the cable modem

( make sure you contact your ISP to walk you through the setup proceedures )
