How can i change my phone number

whomever is the provider of your phone service can. im not sure if you are speaking of home phone number or cellular but either way its the same answer. sometimes depending upon what carrier you are with, you can call the company and do it yourself through automation mostly never having to wait on a customer rep.

Unfortunately even the call centre staff read from scripts and are as useless as the live chat ones. I would suggest issuing a formal complaint to them via email instead and trying to get a hold of a manager.

Why can't i gt a phone number and talk to someone?

I don't see any direct numbers listed online which is a bit sad considering they're one of the most known Anti-Virus / Security companies around.

What they have instead is a Call Back page. Just fill in the information and someone will call you back.

In many ways that's actually easier on the customer...you won't have to stay on hold for an hour to speak with someone...they probably figure you'll be in a better mood if they can avoid this ;)

Here's the link to their Call Back page.

They should be able to help you so long as you have the credit card billing info.

They also have a live chat if you don't want to wait for a phone call HERE.

My friend ... I see you have a request for an answer in the free section and a request for a chat ... I don't see a question ... so I am not going to respond to the request for chat ... I don't know what you want ... even though I am a router expert.

You will not get a e-mail response from this site ... ever ... you will get a e-mail notice that a comment has been posted but the terms of use for this site preclude we question answerers from contacting you question askers in any forum except this one.

So yes ... you can call someone ... but you must wait for someone to contact you through the chat or other feature ... i doubt that will happen until you ask a question ...

on the other hand ... maybe you are talking with someone right now ...

Something you need to know ... we question answerers are all volunteers ... so ... when someone who can answer your question logs onto the site ... and sees your question ... then you will be in business.

If it is your plan to rate this answer at less than three thumbs up ... please save your time. One thumb are negative and two thumb is not a positive thing as far as we volunteers are concerned. These category ratings hurt us.
