I have Bosch Nexxt Premium WFMC6400UC Front Load Washer. It noted a suds or pump blocked error. I was able to access the pump cleanout at the bottom of the washer and remove a small wire that was lodged. The drum of the washer will now not spin or move. The machine goes through cycles like its ok it pumps and drains water but the drum will not spin. I can move it manually.

I`d suggest removing the back panel and inspecting if the belt has perhaps come off.

**Unplug the unit from the wall first**

If so, put the belt around the motor pulley and start it around the drum/drive pulley. As you hold it in place spin the large pulley and it should go back on, careful not to pinch your fingers...ouch :(
