Don't know much about TV,s but I would look for a reset. Either electronic option in the settings or perhaps a manual one on the TV to return the TV to its original factory software.
On a different Samsung TV, there is a Picture Reset in the Picture Menu on the OSD. (It's at the bottom of the list.) Similarly the sound reset is in the Sound menu. There is no global reset. (If your Samsung TV's OSD menus are different try under the Support menu.)

Lastly, replace the main board.
Resetting the TV If the buttons on the remote AND the buttons on the TV case do not work (channels do not change and you cannot open or navigate the menu), the TV has stopped responding. Reset the TV as follows:
NOTE: Some TVs have a reset button. If available and accessible, try using the reset buttons before using the steps below. Using the reset buttons can save time. 1. Unplug the TV power cord from the power outlet. 2. Unplug any connected devices (DVD, Set-top boxes, etc...) 3. Press and hold the TV power button for five seconds. 4. Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn on the TV. 5. Open the on-screen menu to confirm that the TV is responding again. 6. Turn off the TV and reconnect the devices. 7. i've just some digging around and found that you can access a service menu and perform a reset which sorted the issue for me.
Access the service menu by pressing, in order, whilst the tv is in stand-by mode:
info menu mute power
when the tv comes back on you will have a service menu; select option 12 (reset) the tv will then switch off.
this will reset your TV back to factory defaults.
turn
tv back on and you should be prompted to go through the plug and play
setup again - go through everything and then all should start working
OK (it did for me)
