Today out of the blue, I checked on my phone and it was all white screen. I assume it froze, so I tooke out the battery and restarted. The white screen appears for a moment then it goes to the start up "VERizon Wireless" logo and stays there forever. The buttons do not light up. Nothing else happens. PLEASSSE help. thank you

Same thing happened to mine and they are making me pay for a new one and its my 4th chocolate they werent holding the charge, the charging port wouldnt hold the charger, and the phone would lock up so i would have to take out the battery and put it back in

I have the LG Chocolate VX8560 piece and over a period of 2 months, I have had the freezing problem 4 times already and my phone has been replaced twice. The FM transmitter sucks, the blue tooth sucks even worse. I'M STUCK BECAUSE OF THE CONTRACT. I hate this phone.
I think there is a problem with LG because i have had 3 LG's and they all freeze! yesterday in the middle of a text message my phone just started freezing and now i can't send a text and my calls are dropping!
I can't take pictures either. when I hit the camera button, the "please wait" screen comes up and just stays there. I have to pull the battery just to get it off. then startup takes about 10 minutes. This seems like a similiar yet different problem....anyone else???

I was about to place a phone call when the screen went to the initial Verizon logo screen that you see on start up. Now that's all I see. The screen just keeps flashing the Verizon logo. I can't turn the phone off. I tried taking the battery out and it doesn't help. That image is frozen on my screen inside and out. There is no tone when the buttons are pushed either.
