The defrost drain line in the freezer is stopped up.
You will have to remove all food and turn the refrigerator off for 24 hours to let the drain line defrost.

your water line must be freezing up. Take a hair dryer & defrost the water line.

I believe you just described a defrost condensate blockage that is causing the leaking. There are many reasons for this happening for example water leaking from a water supply line for the dispenser or ice maker, a in the defrost pan, water leaking and draining through the refrigerator cabinet, but most are caused by a defrost drain line blockage. when you dispense ice or water, you are allowing the drip tray to overfill and the water builds underneath the tray until the water reaches the point were it will leak down the front of the door. the water will rust the panel beyond repair. you will have to replace the whole door at this point. hope this helps.

That is from your defrost drain either being clogged with food, or covered with ice. Behind the back wall in the freezer is a drain that empties underneath the fridge. If that drain gets blocked or froze over then the water will dump into the floor of the freezer and out the door gasket.

more than likely you have a frozen defrost drain look in the bottom of your freezer section there should be a depression there see if its just a big block of ice let me know if this is the case or not and ill tell you how to clear the drain if not then we will look at something else please dont rate me till were done
