change oil rings and piston rings

Thread the dip stip back in to get a true reading of the oil level. Either oil filler may be used to top off the crank case. There is only one crank case - the oil on one side is the same oil seen in the other filler.

This will work if the 13hp engine has its own fuel pump to draw fuel from the tank. Sounds like a good idea, use as mush steel line as possible to prevent line damage and associated leaks.

Were I to pick from one of those three, I would pick the Landa. The most reliable pumps are Hotsy and since Karcher bought Landa and Hotsy, those three brands now have Hotsy pumps, though it doesn't say it on the machines.

The unit does not have auto shut off? Anyhow try to take out the oil and flush it by running good oil in and let it out again…then put oil and first see if you can turn it manually few turns and see if you hear any sound…then try to start it and see…let me know

If you have a Honda engine there's a fuel screen filter under the tank .
To get to it you have to remove the tank and turn the tank over so you can acess the filter. There's only 3 bolts holding the tank .
Check also the shut off gas valve by the choke .
