To Whom It May Concern, We live in Acapulco,Mexico. We had our Genius Entrance doors installed by a man that claims to be your representative here. We have had the worse service ever. He never comes when we are in need of service or repair and he refuses to give an explanation of his service charges. We would like to know if you could be kind enough to recommend someone in the area that would be interested in giving us service. I would appreciate any advice you may have for us.
