Please help me to find shematic diagram for monitor NEOVO F-417

Though this may be an easy or not easy task I would suggest you take your monitor in to have it serviced. If you the unit is still under warranty and you take it apart your warranty could be voided If applicable. On the other hand if you do decide to do it yourself be VERY CAREFUL as these monitors can easily be damaged.

Can you please clarify the problem? It works if you start the computer in safe mode but not in normal mode? Do you get the message like 'out off range", "format not supported"?

No drivers are necessary. If Monitor is seen as "Plug and Play monitor" is ok.

this is easy these are bad moniters and are okay when you normal one blows up this is a known glitch with the series but of course im not going to be one of those critizisers that do not offer a resolution which leads me to the answear the resolution to remove it change the resolution if your using windows go to star>controlpanel>displays>resolution change it you might have to do it a couple of times and its not a full fix but its the only one

Look for bad caps (6) on the power supply/inverter board first.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
